Blueberry muffins

Hi Jerry, Jeff, and Treca! I have prepared a recipe page of my copy cat Starbucks Blueberry Muffins for your enjoyment.

Enjoy with a cup of aeropress Parisi coffee on your patio!

Here’s the method

Don’t over beat the batter. It might turn out a little dense.

Mixing tip

I often find that frozen blueberries work best if not copletely comparable. Keep these on hand for smoothies and more.

Buying tip

Use sour cream or even left over cheesecake batter from a previous recipe.

Substitution tip

Copycat Starbucks Recipe

Topping

  • 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Muffins

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup sour cream or cheesecake batter
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups flour
  • Tsp baking soda

Bake at 350 for 24-30 minutes. Enjoy.
